Mandate. Structure. Close.

Bioscience Equity Partners operates two divisions held to a single institutional standard. The firm structures, anchors, and closes institutional capital transactions across investment banking, venture capital, fund management, and direct sovereign advisory. Every engagement is built to institutional documentation standards, tested with the consortium of sovereign and quasi-sovereign fund managers, and driven through to closing. The firm does not engage on transactions below USD 20 million.

01

Bioscience Equity Partners structures, anchors, and executes capital rounds for life sciences companies. Every mandate is built to institutional standards — structured for sovereign review, anchored by Antisoma Venture Capital, syndicated across the firm’s consortium, and driven through to close. The firm works with a private consortium of sovereign and quasi-sovereign funds across the GCC and Asia.

Investment Banking — Life Sciences

02

Venture Capital — Antisoma

Antisoma Venture Capital, BEP’s affiliated fund, anchors the majority of capital rounds structured by the firm in the life sciences sector — typically committing approximately fifty per cent of the round. Antisoma does not take unsolicited applications and does not participate in transactions outside the BEP process. Its participation signals institutional conviction to the broader syndicate and underwrites the close. Antisoma’s mandate is exclusively life sciences.

03

Fund Management

Capital deployment and portfolio management activity is conducted through Antisoma Venture Capital, BEP’s affiliated fund. Antisoma anchors the majority of life sciences transactions structured by the firm, typically committing approximately fifty per cent of the round. It operates under separate governance and investment decision-making structures, with a mandate focused exclusively on the life sciences sector.

04

Infrastructure & Sovereign Advisory

BEP’s dedicated division for transaction design, structuring, and execution at the intersection of capital, policy, and industrial strategy. The division engages directly with governments, ministries, sovereign funds, and state-owned enterprises, raising and deploying equity, structured finance, and long-duration debt across capital-intensive sectors where industrial capability and national security converge. The division runs each mandate from origination to close. Coverage is set out in detail on the Sectors page.
